Which areas does Ayyappa Tent House serve?
We serve all of East Godavari district from our Kakinada head office and Rajahmundry branch — including Samalkota, Pithapuram, Peddapuram, Tuni, Amalapuram, Mandapeta, Ramachandrapuram, Kovvur, Nidadavole and Anaparthi. Our full team, tents, lighting and décor travel to your venue.
How far in advance should we book?
For most events, two to four weeks of notice is comfortable. During peak wedding season (Sankranti to early summer), we recommend booking six to eight weeks ahead so your preferred dates and mandap designs are available.
Do you provide tents, lighting and decoration as one package?
Yes. We are a single team for German hanger tents, LED and ambient lighting, stage and mandap design, floral work, and function-hall styling — one point of contact from setup to takedown.
Do you handle events in villages outside the main cities?
Absolutely. Since 2004 we have decorated weddings and functions in towns and villages across the district. Travel for our crew and equipment is included in your quote.
